What hours are you open?
We are open 7 days a week from 7 am until 8 pm. We close for major holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's day to allow our staff to be home with family.
How do I know which machine to use and how do I use it?
We are staffed full-time by experienced customer service representatives who will be happy to advise you on the appropriate machine to use and how to use it.
Commercial Laundry Service FAQ
Do I need to sign a contract?
No contract is required. We will earn your business each and every time we launder your items.
How often do you pick-up and deliver?
We will work with each customer on an individual basis and create a schedule that works for you.
Do I receive my own items back?
The Laundry Room Westside does not lease linens and other garments. We wash all our customers’ orders separately and you will receive back exactly what you handed to us.
Wash and Fold Service FAQ
Do you pick-up and deliver? How much is it?
Pickup & Delivery Coming Soon! Our drop off Fluff and Fold Service is $1.85/lb. We have a $30 minimum on all pick-up and delivery orders.
Do I have to be home when you pick up or deliver my clothes?
No, but when scheduling the service, please provide clear instructions indicating where we can find your clothes and drop them off. Please ensure that you have a secure space to leave your clothes and not visible from the street. If you live in an apartment or condo complex, you can leave the clothes with the front desk attendant if they have one. If your building requires a code to enter, please inform us at the time of placing the order.
Do you fold or hang my clothes?
We are open to special requests. If you don't specify, we typically hang the more formal items, like shirts, blouses and slacks; then protect them with a clear plastic garment bag. We'll fold everything else and package it for protection.
Do you separate whites from colors?
We separate lights and darks into different machines. We also pull out delicate items and place them in special laundry bags to further protect them.

When I schedule an online order, how will I be billed?
When the order is completed, we bill your credit card and email you an invoice.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Of course! During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. In addition, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order. For drop off customers, please let the attendant know any preferences.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes. You can log into your online account and change your preferences as often as you like, or, you can discuss in store with the on-site staff.
Pickup and Delivery FAQ
What is the turnaround time?
48 hours (except Thursday pickup orders will be delivered on Monday)
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
Is there a minimum order?
$30 minimum order
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
