Pick Up and Delivery
Never do laundry again! The Laundry Room Westside offers laundry service pickup and delivery near Hillsboro Monday-Thursday. We have made scheduling so easy to do:

We offer laundry pickup and delivery Monday-Thursday. We have a 48 hour turnaround time except laundry pickup orders on Thursday will be delivered on Monday. We have a $30 minimum order.
We will sort your clothes into light & dark loads.
All items will be returned neatly folded & packaged, with some items on hangers.
Any items found in your pockets will be returned to you as well.
We only wash your items using premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
All your pickup and delivery preferences can be stored in our pickup and delivery laundry POS system. At completion, a convenient text will let you know your laundry has been delivered.

Is there a minimum?
We have a $30 minimum on all orders. You can still give us as much or as little laundry as you want, but if it's less than $30 you'll be charged $30.
PREPARING FOR PICKUP
Do I put my clothes out for pickup in laundry bags?
No. You can put your clothes out for pickup in any bag you want—just make sure it’s closed at the top. Most people use disposable bags. You can also put your clothes out in your hamper, in which case we’ll transfer your clothes to our disposable bags and leave your hamper behind.
What days do you pick up and deliver?
Monday through Thursday. We'll be adding more days in the near future!
What if I don't want to leave my laundry out for pickup?
If you can’t leave your laundry out after you place your order you can still use The Laundry Room Westside. Here’s how we can accommodate you. When you place your order, make sure you will be available during the selected pickup window. Then, when your driver arrives you can hand-deliver your laundry.
Do I have to separate lights and darks?
Why would you? That’s our job. Your job is to tap and order. We take care of everything else! If you need items further separated, please have them pre-sorted and bagged separately. Items will be dried, folded, and bagged with the rest of the order. (Additional washer fees will apply)
Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?
No! We’re all about convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. We’ll pick up your clothes, wash, dry, fold, and deliver them clean and fresh on your selected delivery day.
CARE OF CLOTHES
Do you launder clothes in cold water or hot?
We launder clothes in cold or warm water only. However, if you want us to launder in hot water simply request it in “special instructions” and we’ll accommodate you.
Do you use fabric softener?
If you want fabric softener, simply request it in “special instructions” and we'll accommodate the request. We only use fragrance and dye free softeners.
Which laundry detergent do you use?
We only use fragrance and dye free detergents. We also provide scented Bounce, Gain, or unscented dryer sheets. We use OxiClean whitening powder instead of bleach. Simply specify your preference in “special instructions” and we’ll accommodate you.
Can you return certain items hung?
Yes. We will hang "formal" attire and other items such as collared or button-down shirts, dresses, jackets, sweaters, hoodies, etc. If you require non-formal items to be hung, you may provide your own hangers or there will be additional charges.
What time do I place my order to get on the schedule?
Orders are due the evening before your scheduled pickup. We do not currently offer same day pickup.
What if it's raining when my clothes are returned?
No worries. Your clothes are returned in weather-proof sealed bags.
What time do you pick up and deliver?
Pickup and delivery occurs between 8am-Noon Monday-Thursday. You'll receive a text message indicating approximately what time they plan to pick up, when the driver is on their way. We'll be adding more time slots and days in the near future.
What if I forget to leave my clothes out & I'm not available?
If you forget to leave your laundry out during your scheduled time, you may be charged a missed pickup fee of $10.
Do you do dry cleaning or ironing?
No. We do not iron, dry clean, or provide any alterations or repairs.
Do you wash large items like comforters?
Yes, we can launder extra-large items like king-size comforters, pillows, and dog beds. These items are priced individually and NOT per pound.
What about badly soiled items?
If your items are in need of excessive odor removal due to smoke, mold, or urine, etc. we can use our Heavy-Duty wash cycles and add vinegar. We cannot guarantee stain or odor removal. (Additional fees will apply)
What if clothes are lost or damaged?
It’s extremely rare that items are lost or damaged. Your laundry is tagged, kept together, and separate from other orders at all times. We wash in cold or warm water (unless you request otherwise). We separate whites and colors. We dry in low or med heat, based on your request. And we use commercial grade washers and dryers. There is no part of our laundering process that is unique to what you would do at home and that would cause damage or loss. However, in the rare event items are lost or damaged please contact the store.
Is my identity and payment information protected?
All messages, reviews, contact information, & payment details are handled by The Laundry Room Westside through our secure systems so your information is private and safe. It is never shared with 3rd parties or rented, sold, or shared with anyone for any reason. Your privacy is important to us. We protect it carefully.
